Program Features & Highlights
Conveniently offered online, Sri Sri Yoga program consists of 2 hour live sessions offered daily across a four-day program. Hosted by one of Art of Living Foundation’s expert instructors, the lessons offered in the Sri Sri Yoga program are effective and empowering. After completing the program, participants are able to confidently embrace the practice of a full yoga sequence all of their own. This gives them the opportunity to reset and rebalance in their daily lives.
